Performing Arts

Kimball Union offers a full slate of academic courses and performance ensembles for you to explore and showcase your musical, theatrical, and dance talents. Through small- and large-scale concerts, coffee houses, musicals, and plays, students practice, perform and share with the community.

Performers of all abilities are encouraged to participate. Our unique Ensemble Period is a dedicated “sacred space” in the daily schedule free of conflict with other school activities that guarantees all students full access to music and dance ensembles.

The rich artistic community of the Upper Valley and nearby Dartmouth College supplements our programs. Weekly trips to world-class performances at the Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth are open to all students.
