In the second game of the day at the Flood-Marr Tournament at Milton Academy, the Wildcats fell 2-1 in overtime to Hotchkiss. After falling behind 1-0 early in the game, KUA took control of the play but couldn't solve the Hotchkiss goalie until the final minute of the third period when Josh Phillips tied the game when he scored off his own rebound. However, Hotchkiss capitalized on an odd-man rush in overtime to take the win. KUA outshot Hotchkiss 29-12 on the day, and KUA goalie Catcher Davis, though not busy, made some key saves to give the Wildcats a shot at winning.
